Surcharge List

At Chart we strive to continuously control our manufacturing costs. But in today’s world of fluctuating raw material costs, we must pass these costs on to our customers. We do this in a fair and organized manner that has been proven over time by utilizing a process controlled through our Surcharge List Pricing. The surcharges we incur from our suppliers are passed on at our cost only to our customers. To keep the volatility as smooth as possible, when the list is updated we take a rolling average over the past three months.

While this pricing process can cause additional line items on your invoice, we believe this is the fairest possible solution in controlling inflation spikes.
