Cryogenic Division

The Cryogenic Division provides a complete range of products for the storage, distribution and vaporization of liquid gases including nitrogen (LIN), oxygen (LOX), argon (LAR), carbon dioxide (LCO2), nitrous oxide (LN2O), hydrogen (LH2) and natural gas (LNG).

Energy & Petrochemicals

The Energy & Petrochemicals division serves the refining, petrochemical, fertilizer and offshore industries with a range of custom engineered, reactors, drums, separators and specialty shell and tube heat exchangers.

VRV is an approved vendor for multiple licensed processes.

Clean-Burning Energy

Delivering clean energy solutions

Each of Chart's 1000 m3 Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tanks provides sufficient clean-burning natural gas energy to meet the average family's demand for 500 years.

Cryogenic Tanks

  • Eagle is VRV’s range of vacuum insulated Standard Cryogenic Tanks designed to provide the lowest life-cycle costs. Tanks are available in both vertical and horizontal orientation with capacities from 3,000 to 80,000 litres and pressures of 18 to 37 bar
  • Engineered to Order is a range of custom designed cryogenic tanks available with capacities from 80,000 to 1,000, 000 liters

Mobile Units

  • The Ulysses Semi-Trailer is available in 4 versions: stainless steel, aluminum and bi-metallic aluminum/stainless steel or carbon steel/stainless steel. Capacity: 2,000 to 67,000 litres Design codes: EN 13530/TPED (optional ASME VIII) Approval: TPED, ASME, GOST, TPED, ADR, US-DOT
  • Rigid Tankers have a stainless steel inner vessel and choice of carbon or stainless steel outer vessel Capacity: 6,000 to 20,000 litres Design codes: TPED, ADR with CSC certification for Russia on request
